Everyday, the world experiences loss in various forms. It could be loss of a loved one, resources, mind, economy, value, friendships, weight loss and so on. It is not a process that is easy. It is important to feel the emotions, let it out in a healthy way and want to take some time off. It is also important to gradually heal and build resilience - despite seasons of loss.
